Met de directie van het Holy Family Centre is afgesproken, dat de fondsen bij de Stichting in beheer blijven, en dat voor noodzakelijke uitgaven per keer een verzoek zal worden gedaan.
Dit verzoek zal worden beoordeeld tegen de achtergrond van de doelstelling van het fonds, waarna door het bestuur zal worden beslist over honorering ervan.

Met ingang van 2010 beschikte het fonds ook over een bankrekening bij de ABSA bank in Zuid-Afrika onder de naam Tshepang Education Fund.
Met ingang van 2022 is deze rekening gesloten omdat hij niet langer vanuit Nederland gebruikt kon worden. Het resterend saldo werd gebruikt voor doorlopende betalingen aan de studenten.

Omdat ons primaire doel is fondsen te verwerven voor de Holy Family willen we u graag op de hoogte houden van de financiële positie van de stichting.
Helaas zijn de boekhouding 2022 en 2024 t.g.v. een computercrash niet meer beschikbaar.

We came to the agreement with the director of Holy Family Centre that the assets of the fund will be managed by the foundation.
For necessary expenses Holy Family Care Centre will apply for reembursement by sending a funding request, which wil be evaluated by the board with reference to the aims of the foundation.

Starting 2010 our foundation acquired a South African bank account at ABSA Bank under the name Tshepang Education Fund.

Since 2022 the account of Tshepang Education Fund has been closed s it was no longer possible to use it fram the Netherlands.. The remaing balance was used fot the recurring payments to the students.

Because fund raising is our primairy goal we like to keep you informed about the financial position of the foundation.
Unfortunately the financial surveys of 2022 and 2024 are not available due to a computer crash.
